Holiday in Australia!

This house sized duplex is set amongst quality homes in the desirable Maroochy Waters estate. There is hardly a room in the property that doesn't have a stunning view…even the loo has a view!

YOU ARE ALSO ABLE TO BRING YOUR PET AT NO EXTRA COST
Although we charge a cleaning fee, we DO NOT charge for use of 5 kayaks( life jackets) 3 bikes, 2 portacots, high chair, linen, towels, pets, wifi. We also provide a complimentary starter pack of tea, sugar, coffee etc

The space
There are 4 bedrooms at the property which can sleep up to 8 people.
1 x Queen bedroom sleeps 2 with ensuite (upstairs)
1 x Queen bedroom sleeps 2 (upstairs)
2 x Single beds (upstairs)
1 x Queen bedroom sleeps 2 (downstairs)

Large Lounge and dining area, spacious well equipped kitchen with dishwasher all located downstairs.

Indoor table tennis

Flat screen TV's in the lounge and 1 of the bedrooms. Netflix on lounge TV

Air conditioning in Living area and main bedroom .Ceiling fans fitted throughout other rooms

Laundry room has washing machine and dryer

Fully fenced back garden with BBQ. There is also a Firepit , if you choose to use it please supervise your children and pets closely

Hair Dryer supplied.

Pets stay FREE (Sorry no cats at this property)

We are a VEGAN FRIENDLY property so we do not have leather couches , feather pillows or quits . We supply soy milk and vegan biscuits/lollies. There is a book at the property full of local restaurants that serve vegan or vegetarian options ....too many to chose from :)

We supply a starter pack of tea, sugar coffee ,shampoo, conditioner etc
Coles will deliver groceries to your door for a small fee if you would like to pre order online.

Guest access
Bring your boat / tinny or borrow our kayaks and with the canal at your back garden you are able to enjoy all water activities or just sit and watch from the sandy beach that is yours to use.
There is a boat ramp with electric winch from the triple garage straight into the canal, which leads into the Maroochy River and Coral sea.
Beautiful broadwater views can be enjoyed from the undercover entertainment area
complete with barbecue .
Close to the beaches of Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba with its ever popular cafe strip.
If you want to take it easy all these activities can be observed from the balcony…watch the pelicans and boats cruise by.
Within walking distance or a short drive to Sunshine Plaza or Cotton Tree which is popular for dining, markets and Maroochydore beach.

We welcome you to enjoy your birthday / anniversary or special occasion at our property but we are a family holiday house and definitely not a party house , we have a strict no schoolies or large gathering policy
$180 one off cleaning fee per stay

Good size property with room for dogs to run around out the back. In a good spot close to everything you need and Cotton Tree beach. Very comfortable.
